Yeni merkezin toplam alanı yaklaşık 13.000 metrekare olacaktır. Spor salonları ve yüzme havuzu da plana dahildir. Yakında binaya taşınacak olan üç kurum, yeni binada güçlerini birleÅŸtirerek öÄŸrencilere özel olanaklar saÄŸlayacaktır.
Binanın asma tavan çözümleri için, yüklenici firmaya BIM proje desteÄŸi verilmiÅŸtir.
